FIC strives to keep pace with the latest academic research, evaluation and community organizing models and translates these findings into understandable information and tools practitioners and community leaders can use. The insights are distributed through workshops and intimate talks, community college education courses, specialized publications, skills-building seminars, conferences and online learning opportunities by which FIC helps strengthen the capabilities, capacity and competencies of nonprofits and their leaders.
FIC provides technical assistance using a consultant/workshop model offering FREE education and training platforms taught by seasoned professionals who who’ve been in your very shoes. They have successfully done all the things they are about to teach you on a competitive level. Our consultants are part of California’s leading fundraising, program development and grant-writing experts. Also, we have consultants who will provide you with key public relations and marketing, strategic planning and fiscal management tools to help grow your business. They will engage you in a process designed to teach you the steps of nonprofit success.
